The Red Trainer includes an integrated Back Slap Pad and Support Plate, allowing users to practise both back blows and abdominal thrusts in a single session, following AHA, ARC, IRC, and ERC guidelines. The Blue Trainer does not include this pad by default.

Made from premium neoprene — the same material used in wetsuits — for exceptional durability. To clean: remove the PVC bladder and airway assembly, then hand-wash the vest with mild detergent. Hang to air dry.

2Which protocols does the Red Trainer follow?

3How durable is the trainer?
Built from high-quality neoprene — the same material used in premium wetsuits — making it exceptionally durable. With proper care it should comfortably withstand years of frequent use in training programs.
4How should I clean my trainer?
Simply remove the PVC bladder and airway assembly, then hand-wash the neoprene vest with a mild detergent. Hang to air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
5Are the foam plugs reusable?
Yes, the foam plugs are reusable and can be retrieved and reloaded after each practice. Replacement plugs can be ordered separately if needed.

These trainers are perfect for First Aid, Basic Life Support, and CPR training classes! I have been using them for several years now with my classes. The students love how they fit and easy they are to learn on. In fact, using these vests is usually one of the highlights of the training!
