1How durable is the trainer?
The trainer is built from high-quality neoprene — the same material used in premium wetsuits — making it exceptionally durable. With proper care it should comfortably withstand years of frequent use in training programs.
2How should I clean my trainer?
Simply remove the PVC bladder and airway assembly, then hand-wash the neoprene vest with a mild detergent. Hang to air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
3Are the foam plugs reusable?
Yes, the foam plugs are reusable and can be retrieved and reloaded after each practice. Replacement plugs can be ordered separately if needed.
4What is the difference between the Red and Blue trainers?
Both trainers are designed for practising the abdominal thrust maneuver (Heimlich) in choking rescue training. The Red Trainer includes an integrated back slap pad, allowing users to also practise back blows per ARC guidelines. The Blue Trainer does not include a back slap pad built-in, but attachable pads are available separately.
5Does the trainer come with a warranty?

6Is there a children's version?
Yes, the Children's Yellow Trainer is designed for ages 5–11, using the same proven air-bladder feedback mechanism in a smaller fit.
