How durable is the trainer?
The trainer is built to last, made from high-quality neoprene — the same material used in wetsuits. With proper care, it should withstand years of frequent use in training environments.
How should I clean my trainer?
Remove the PVC bladder and airway assembly, then hand-wash the neoprene vest with a mild detergent. Hang to air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Are the foam plugs reusable?
Yes, and if you lose them or need replacements, they can be ordered separately through our website or your local distributor.
What's the difference between the Red and Blue trainer?
Both simulate the abdominal thrust (Heimlich) maneuver. The Red Trainer includes an integrated back slap pad for practicing back blows per ARC guidelines. The Blue Trainer doesn't include a pad by default, but an attachable pad is available separately.
