How durable is the trainer?
The trainer is built to last, made from high-quality neoprene — the same material used in wetsuits. With proper care, it should withstand years of frequent use in training environments.
How should I clean my trainer?
Remove the PVC bladder and airway assembly, then hand-wash the neoprene vest with a mild detergent. Hang to air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Are the foam plugs reusable?
Yes, and if you lose them or need replacements, they can be ordered separately through our website or your local distributor.
What's the difference between the Red and Blue trainer?
Both simulate the abdominal thrust (Heimlich) maneuver. The Red Trainer includes an integrated back slap pad for practicing back blows per ARC guidelines. The Blue Trainer doesn’t include a pad by default, but attachable pads are available separately.
Does the trainer come with a warranty?
Yes, all trainers include a 1-year warranty. More details can be found on our warranty page.

Act+Fast Anti Choking Trainers are the world's first doctor-invented choking rescue training devices. Our Products
We offer three core trainers: the Adult Blue Trainer (abdominal thrust simulation for ages 12+), the Adult Red Trainer (includes integrated back slap pad for ARC-compliant protocols), and the Children's Yellow Trainer (purpose-built for pediatric choking rescue training). We also carry accessories including replacement foam plugs and back slap pads.
