This video shows how the Act+Fast Rescue Choking Vest is an invaluable tool for CPR Instructors to easily and effectively teach students the correct way to perform the Abdominal Thrust Maneuver without using a manikin. The goal of Act+Fast is to promote CPR education by making it more accessible and fun!
A practicing doctor for over 25 years, Dr. Adams is currently an Anesthesiologist at Mercy Hospital in Folsom, California. He developed the concept for the Act+Fast Choking Rescue Trainer while teaching CPR as a First Aid Merit Badge counselor for the Boy Scouts.
Drawing on his extensive background in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation, Dr. Adams also incorporated feedback from many CPR Trainers in the development of the Act+Fast vest. It has become an invaluable tool for CPR classes, helping train personnel in hospitals, fire departments, and other safety organizations.

What others are saying
I want to thank you for such an intuitive device. I run a large company that trains 11,000 people each year. I have been using trainers for every class since their arrival and the feedback on my class evaluations has been tremendous.
